In 2025, we introduced an all-inclusive ticket to encourage multi-day participation, giving you access to all the incredible trips and excursions we have planned. This entry ticket is your ALL ACCESS PASS to the full schedule of events, including:

  • Choice of professionally guided birding trips on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
  • Free buffet dinner at the Keynote Speaker presentation on Saturday evening
  • Free welcome reception to meet the guides on Thursday evening, including light hors d’oeuvres 
  • Free Rangeley birding festival t-shirt and sticker
  • Chairlift transportation on Bicknell’s Thrush trips courtesy of Saddleback Mountain
  • All paddle trip equipment

Please note: we are not able to make accommodations for single trips or single-day tickets

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will not be given for cancellations due to missed buses, forgotten registrations, incorrect scheduling, minor illnesses, or ‘no shows.”

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to attendance will be fully refunded, less a $10 handling fee.
  • Cancellations made 29-14 days prior to attendance will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to attendance will not be refunded.
